Chris Raske is Head of Commercial Dispute Resolution at IT Group. His primary role is to assess the state of IT projects which have fallen into dispute. This is usually done through a variety of means including the examination of contemporaneous evidence, court documents, client interviews and site visits/system inspections. Chris has worked on IT projects across a range of industry sectors including healthcare, construction and media. His expert analysis is principally used to assist in the preparation of expert witness reports for use in high-value civil claims, or for consultancy work when clients (both customers and vendors) require an outside opinion with regards to whether or not it is sensible to terminate a project.

Chris has been involved in several high-value claims for software copyrights which required a comparison of two sets of source code and a corresponding opinion on whether or not it was likely that direct copying took place.
